Bringing Marriott & Starwood teams together in a single large floorplate in Singapore
Singapore was the first lease change opportunity to merge the 2 business’s together into one location. The city’s building control demands a larger footprint per person than other Asia cities, & with that comes more breathing space & communal areas.
Having created a workplace language in Marriott Hong Kong, we developed the design to reflect the open wide boulevard feel of the city, & pick up lessons learnt on lighting & furniture types.

The growing market for ‘co-working’ centres influenced us to extend the Hub Space to offering a coffee point, lunch place, event area, & meeting lounge; or even somewhere staff could just to find a quiet spot.
